GUEST SERVICES
Beato Salon is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. As the first and last point of contact for our guests, this role is essential in creating the welcoming and professional experience our salon is known for.
Responsibilities include greeting guests, booking appointments, answering phones, assisting with retail sales, checking guests in and out, and helping maintain the flow of the salon throughout the day. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and passionate about providing excellent customer service.
Salon or customer service experience is a plus, but we value positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn above all else.
